Your responsibilities

  • Support users in daily operation issues

  • Proactive monitoring of applications and infrastructure

  • Document solutions into Knowledge Base articles to improve service delivery and quality

  • Support and troubleshoot enterprise applications, client server and web-based solutions

  • Connectivity and networking support and troubleshooting in complex, multi-site LAN/WAN environment

Our requirements

1 Year experience at IT support position

Comprehensive understanding of IT technology and support systems

Advanced MS Windows skills and MS Office skills

Fluent English, verbal and written is required

Experience in IP Networks, Active Directory, Remote tools as an advantage

Ability to work independently
