Recording, classifying and prioritizing users requests.
Diagnosing and resolving basic problems according to SLA parameters.
Monitoring requests resolutions.

Providing high-quality customer service.
English & French (at least B2).
High-level communication skills.
Knowledge of computer hardware construction.
Knowledge of MS Windows 8/8.1/10.
Knowledge of MS Office 2013/2016/2019.
Educational background as an information technology technician.
