Your responsibilities

  • 1st Line Telephone Customer Service.

  • Recording, classifying and prioritizing users requests.

  • Diagnosing and resolving basic problems according to SLA parameters.

  • Monitoring requests resolutions.

  • Collaborating with other support lines on more complex technical issues reported by our customers.

  • Providing high-quality customer service.

Our requirements

  • English & German (at least B2).

  • High-level communication skills.

  • Knowledge of computer hardware construction.

  • Knowledge of MS Windows 8/8.1/10.

  • Knowledge of MS Office 2013/2016/2019.

  • Teamwork attitude.
