Your responsibilities
performing 1st support line diagnosis and resolution of technical problems,
forwarding requests to other departments if no other solution is possible,
ensuring the quality of communication,
registering and analyzing reports,
suggesting improvements and optimizations.
Our requirements
fluency in German and communicative English (at least B2).
high-level communication skills,
basic computer user knowledge (e.g. Microsoft Office, PCs hardware construction)
team-oriented attitude.
Optional
knowledge of MS Windows 8/8.1/10. and MS Office 2013/2016/2019 package
