Your responsibilities

  • Act as Single Point of Contact for all IT Users

  • Log, categorize and prioritize all relevant incidents and service requests

  • Provide first level support in order to restore the service as quickly as possible

  • Properly allocate incidents and service requests to other Resolver groups

Our requirements

  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken German (at least Upper-intermediate)

  • High level of IT literacy

  • Customer service mindset

  • Professional working proficiency in English


  • Proven experience in providing IT Support

  • Experience in ITSM tool usage (i.e. ServiceNow, Remedy, HP SM etc.)

  • ITIL knowledge
