Your responsibilities
1st Line Telephone Customer Service.
Recording, classifying and prioritizing users requests.
Diagnosing and resolving basic problems according to SLA parameters.
Monitoring requests resolutions.
Collaborating with other support lines on more complex technical issues reported by our customers.
Providing high-quality customer service.
Our requirements
English & Slovak (at least B2).
High-level communication skills.
Knowledge of computer hardware construction.
Knowledge of MS Windows 8/8.1/10.
Knowledge of MS Office 2013/2016/2019.
Teamwork attitude.

Educational background as an information technology technician.
