  • Answering phone calls from end users and registering Service Requests
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of Service Requests
  • Transfer/Escalation of Service Requests to other Support Groups
  • Keeping track of and follow up of Service Requests transferred to other Support Groups
  • Informing users about the progress


  • Knowledge of English (C1/B2), French (C2/C1) and Spanish/Italian (C1) - all three languages are a must
  • Microsoft environment knowledge
  • Understanding of networking principals
  • Analytical ability to troubleshoot complex incidents
  • General IT knowledge as a base to quick learn and support large number of business applications
  • Active Directory (PC Environment) knowledge would be a plus


  • Work on international projects and a possibility to gain professional experience within multicultural environment
  • Private healthcare (Medicover), Multisport Card and private insurances
  • Internal trainings, coaching and mentoring
