Service Desk Analyst
Your profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred IT or other technical area.
  • Minimum 1 year of applicable working experience.
  • Basic troubleshooting abilities in a Windows environment especially related to the client desktop support.
  • Good knowledge of fundamental operations of software (MS Office/ Windows 7/10)
  • Good knowledge of hardware (laptops, PCs, phones, printers, scanners) and other IT equipment
  • Fluent English language skills.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Constantia IT Users support involving first-level diagnosis and troubleshooting.
  • Create and managing the incident tickets after proper problem/incident validation.
  • Respond to questions from all emails and callers; Technical assistance for end Users.
  • Route the incident tickets to correct support groups (2nd Level Support)
  • Ensure that the incident tickets are updated on regular basis; Manage communication with end users.
  • Resolve the incidents and restore services acc. Service Desk SOP’s.
