    We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Warsaw.

You will collaborate with other Service Desk Analysts located locally in Warsaw as well as team members in other European countries and in the United States.     What will you be doing?

    • Provide top quality IT support service in a dynamic international environment
    • Review enterprise monitoring dashboards to look for anomalies that could be early indicators of issues
    • Facilitate the HPI process ensuring appropriate teams are quickly engaged, determine cause, restore service, and communicate status
    • Remotely analyze issues, determine root cause, and take action to fix incidents from end users related to desktop operating systems and business applications
    • When needed you will escalate this problem timely to a higher level of support
    • Act as a Single Point of Contact for users in Europe
    • Regular office hours- Mon-Fri. No shift work.

    What are we looking for?  

    • Min. 1 year of experience as a 1st level analyst/service desk support
    • Troubleshooting experience with Windows Client operating systems
    • Able to independently identify and address complex issues and underlying problems
    • You are a team player, well-organized, good at prioritizing tasks, creative, eager to learn and very punctual
    • Customer service oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Languages: English and Polish are a must. Any additional languages are a plus.
