For our Client we are currently looking for qualified Candidates for the position of:

Service Desk Specialist (2nd Line)

Location: Kraków (now 100% remote)
Job type: contract B2B
Length: long term cooperation
Rate: 55 zł / hour net

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
− Good IT problem solving skills and knowledge of troubleshooting tools.
− At least 3 years of experience on a similar position (IT Specialist or IT Specialist Senior).
− Very good knowledge of English.
− Windows client operating system knowledge on advanced level.
− Microsoft Office tools administration and troubleshooting experience.
− General understanding of IT networking and servers.
− Basic understanding of Active Directory services.
− Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
− Professional communication skills.
− Strong motivation to work in a dynamic international team as well as autonomously.
− Knowledge of ITIL and basic scripting experience will be a strong advantage.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
− End user PCs analysis & issue troubleshooting.
− Service requests implementation.
− Determining the cause of the issue and ticket coordination.
− Ticket escalation to the next level.
− Technical documentation for IT teams’ creation and revalidation.

− FAQ articles for user’s creation.
− 3rd party software support (Druva, Adobe products, Office 365).
− Active Directory OUs and accounts maintenance.
− User account lifecycle support.
− Company software support.
