    We seeks for Service Desk Specialist to join our IT team in Poznań.


    On this position you will be responsible for service desk support for Sivantos organization, reporting back to the Regional Head of Support Services EMEA and working together in the IT team. Your task will be solving hardware problems, works on tickets (sent via the IT portal, by phone or email), collaborate with other teams globally on ticket resolution and network resources administration.

    Our requirements:

    • Education: Preferred IT related degree Associate or Bachelor.
    • Knowledge of languages: Polish (proficient), English (proficient), knowing German is a Plus.
    • 2-4 Years working experience in Service Desk.
    • Certifications and courses: certification and courses related to IT (ITIL, CompTia A+, Microsoft certs)
    • Familiar with administration of some of the following products: MS Office, Windows and other MS based systems, Active Direktory (creating and modifying computer accounts)
    • Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, PowerShell as a plus
    • Knowledge of network and Server systems, storage, security/patching and application deployment
    • Ability to work in a team or independently and communicate effectively
    • Customer focus and ability to resolve problems by phone
    • Good communication and listening skills
    • Excellent time management and organizing skills
    • Analytical problem solving abilities
