Our Warsaw-based UK, Middle East and Ireland Service Desk team is expanding and is looking for five Service Desk professionals to join our team of 15 agents (10 Service Desk Specialists and 5 Second Line Engineers). As a part of this role you will be providing IT support to internal customers (around 2000 users) assuring a seamless, ongoing service and usage of the entire software and hardware infrastructure within the firm. As a Service Desk Specialist, you demonstrate passion for customer service and take pleasure in fixing or advising on technical topics to the end-user in a clear and simple non-IT way. We are keen to hear from individuals who are comfortable working as a part of the team in achieving common goals as well as individual ones set by Team Lead. Our Service Desk team operates shift patterns from 8:00-24:00 (home or office based).

General understanding of IT principles (Hardware, Software, Networking, Security, Virtualization, mobile devices)
Knowledge of Windows 10 (troubleshooting), Active Directory, Outlook/Exchange, VPN, Citrix, VM solutions and remote support tools (nice to have)
Experience of working with applications used by legal firms (time capture, document comparison, legal information systems) (nice to have)
Knowledge of spoken/written English (desired C1/C2 level)
Willingness to learn new technologies and have a motivation to grow in the IT industry
Past experience in corporate IT department – Help Desk, Service Desk or Desktop Support.
