Your responsibilities
Local IT support in Wrocław
Service Desk Support for our external and internal customers (level 1 and partially level 2)
Internal support to all employees for our ERP system (including management reports)
Contribution towards and improvement of company’s knowledge base system
Interaction with customers via diverse channels, i.e email, phone, chat, ticketing system, etc.
Our requirements
Spoken and written both English and German skills at C1 level
Knowledge about business IT–Infrastructure (Windows, Office, Active Directory, Exchange, Remote Desktop etc.) and some server technologies (Windows/Linux Server, Atlassian products, Office 365 with SharePoint and MS Teams as examples)
Strong network and software troubleshooting skills
Ability to perform remote support
Readiness to learn new tools and technologies
Skills in organizing and prioritizing tasks when working by yourself or in a team
Excellent communication skills
