Your responsibilities

  • Receiving calls/incidents/service requests from internal customers,

  • Registration of incidents in the system,

  • Initial analysis of tickets,

  • Resolving problems or forwarding them to the next support line,

  • Education of non-IT personnel about tools and processes used in the company

Our requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of German will be a plus,

  • General knowledge of IT, computer networks, MS Windows 10/11 and MS Office 365, ITIL Foundation

  • Open-minded to learning, development, exploring new areas,

  • Easy to assimilate knowledge and new skills,

  • Good communication skills and easiness in making contacts,

  • Ability to cooperate in a multicultural team,
