Your responsibilities
Maintaining a good Health & Safety culture
Build & Lead commissioning of battery system units
Plan & Lead service of our products in Northvolt’s facility in Gdańsk, as well as occasionally at customer locations
Analyzing, inspecting and reviewing findings to determine the solution to the problem
Anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner and to identify opportunities for improvement
Our requirements
Experience and interest in manufacturing industry
A degree with technical electrical background
2+ years working experience with high / low voltage products
Curious, technically educated and with a strong business background
Must have worked in multi-cultural environment
Specific Skills/Abilities
English written and oral skills, Polish is a plus
Highly organized and result-driven
An eye for detail
Proactive and goes beyond expectations
Exceptionally good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Has a can do attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
Readiness to travel around the globe at customer’s need

Founded in 2016 to enable the European transition to a decarbonized future, Northvolt has made swift progress on its mission to deliver the world’s greenest lithium-ion battery with a minimal CO2 footprint and the highest ambitions for recycling. Northvolt Ett is a next generation battery cell factory focused on process innovation, scale and vertical integration. Once completed, the gigafactory will be one of the largest battery cell factory in Europe and produce at least 32 GWh of capacity annually.
Alongside Northvolt Ett, Northvolt is also establishing a manufacturing site for battery systems in Gdansk, Poland. This facility, Northvolt Battery Systems Jeden, will industrialize and produce world leading battery systems in order to meet the increased demand for complete battery solutions on the European market. The factory is a highly automated, state-of-the-art production facility for battery modules and energy storage solutions.
We are currently in an exciting fast-growing phase and operate in a dynamic environment, dealing with a wide range of stakeholders. We are staffing our international office in Stockholm, our R&D facility, Northvolt Labs in Västerås, as well as Northvolt Battery Systems Jeden, in Gdansk, for production of battery systems. We are also preparing for upcoming positions at the main factory, Northvolt Ett, in Skellefteå.
