Your responsibilities

  • improve operational performance results and processes through Lean, Six Sigma and Agile improvement methodology framework

  • support and guide our delivery people to figure out the best quality solutions for their service delivery challenges

  • execute continuous improvement focused training programs to delivery workforce, provide classroom courses as well as mentorship in the use of quality methodologies for improvement projects

  • oversee the foundation and development of agile operation teams to secure effective delivery outcomes for the organization

  • participation in creation of the training and capability build materials for operational excellence best practices

  • review and assist in the Continuous Process Improvement/Lean Six Sigma/Agile project management and execution conducted by the organization

  • perform value stream process mapping, business process reengineering and time study

  • effectively communicate agile principles, scrum practices and overall operating model across the organization

Our requirements

  • demonstrated knowledge and experience associated with continuous improvement methodologies and enterprise implementations

  • certification in Lean Six Sigma/Six Sigma or Agile

  • effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally

  • ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through on all projects to completion

  • analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • experience in Business Processes Outsourcing or Shared Service Centers would be an asset

  • experience in Scrum, Kanban and Agile Frameworks will be an asset

  • minimum Bachelor's degree

  • very good command of English

About the role and the team
