Your responsibilities
securing high performing daily operations connected to service fulfilment through the performance of the assigned service partner(s),
acting as a main speaking partner for the assigned service partner(s) – especially Customer Support Centre (DOMOLINIA), customer service department at the store, country level stakeholders,
ensuring short and med-term capacities,
contributing to cost development of the Service Fulfilment function through work with Service Partners. Responsible for securing efficiency & continues improvement,
ensuring short-, med-term and long-term operational development of SP with close collaboration with Fulfilment Sourcing,
contributing to optimal multichannel development, tendering activities, global initiatives and competence network,
contributing to work with Operations Specialist (relevant input to IT solutions & IT solution maintained),
implementation of sustainability agenda, IWAY & legal compliance.
Our requirements
You have 2-4 years working experience in supply chain on operational and/or tactical level or a stakeholder for supply chain company,
You have knowledge and experience of meeting and interacting with various business partners across the organisation,
You have the ability to respond to business and customer needs by providing creative solutions and developing implementation plans,
You are self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently,
You have a knowledge of market intelligence to achieve organisational goals and objectives; understanding of KPIs used for success measures for own function,
You have strong computer skills and very high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,
You are comfortable in communication and presenting in English and Polish,
You have a proven analytical and numerical skills,
You have experience of working in a fast-changing environment or project management,
You have a university degree in Logistics, Economics, business administration (nice to have),
You naturally share the IKEA vision, values and culture and have a strong interest in home furnishing,
You have driving license.
