Your responsibilities

  • Defining service governance standards and support intra-outsourcing framework deliverables

  • Liaising with COO teams / Service Owners to maintain cost allocation methodologies

  • Supporting Central COO Finance in preparation of Financial Plan

  • Managing ad hoc cost allocation and service governance requests

  • Collaborating with stakeholders in defining performance indicators and SLAs updates

  • Designing controls to strengthen alignment between service governance and cost allocations

Our requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven work experience with emphasis in finance, cost allocations and service management, ideally with proven experience in the financial industry

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or related studies

  • Outstanding analytical skills and problem solving attitude

  • Proficient in MS Excel (Macros / Power Query / Power Pivot a plus) and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Proven ability to manage work well under pressure

  • Well-developed organizational skills, strong motivation and a positive attitude

  • Outstanding communication in English, interpersonal and client management skills

  • Willingness to learn and obtain new knowledge and experience

Your future colleagues

The Team maintains and oversees the Service Governance and cost allocation framework for CRO, based on service level agreements, service catalogue, and performance metric-governance. This includes collaboration across CRO, other Corporate Functions and Legal Entities to demonstrate ongoing service governance. We ensure that service management activities will abide to existing regulatory intragroup requirements and cost allocation.
