Your responsibilities

  • Assesses risk and business impact of production issues and escalate to business and technology management in a timely manner. Executes regulatory reporting on time.

  • Partners with appropriate business, development, production support areas as well as Third Party Providers (TPPs) to prioritize bug fixes and answer technical queries

  • Manages relationships with vendors, their risk and compliance with internal standards, oversees IT services delivery vs. agreed SLAs

  • Engages in problem management and post implementation reviews to ensure successful system functionality and service design

  • Considers implications of the application of technology to the current environment. Identifies risks, vulnerabilities and security issues; communicates impact and manages execution of corrective action plans.

  • Manages relations with TPPs including their onboarding, ongoing support and ensuring Banks' adherence to PSD2 regulations in the areas

Our requirements

  • Effective written and verbal communications in Polish and English including ability to explain technical issues in simple terms that non-IT staff can understand is a must

  • Good understanding of Retail Banking products

  • Ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholders

  • Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes

  • Demonstrated analytical skills

  • Issue tracking and reporting using tools

  • Knowledge/ experience of Problem Management Tools

  • Good all-round technical skills

  • Effectively share information with business partners and with other technology teams

  • Ability to plan, organize workload and execute with a limited level of direct supervision

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

  • ITIL Foundation min. ver. 3

The role within IT division created to supervise Bank Handlowy providers as regards the maintenance of IT systems. It covers management of IT risk for outsourced IT services, cooperation with vendors and business partners to ensure required availability and functionality of the systems.
