Our requirements
You have experience in Service and/or Delivery Management,
You know how to manage relations with internal and external service providers,
You have ability to challenge leads in service centres, process owners and other stakeholders on their key performance indicators, improvement roadmaps and their delivery standards,
You are proficient in data analysis and reporting,
You can display flexibility and adaptability
You are proactive and independent,
You have process improvement or optimization experience,
You have program or project management experience,
You have strong organizational sensitivity; the ability to understand and take into account the underlying issues, opportunities and dynamics of the organization.
