About the project
In Business Services & Automation area we focus on automation of processes used by Allegro employees (e.g., we develop chatbots, mailbots, robotics) and we care about their satisfaction with IT services and tools.
We use state-of-the-art and proven technologies supporting back office processes (e.g. Salesforce, Google Workspace, SAP, Cognos, Genesys, Smartrecruiters, Slack, Zoom, UiPath, ServiceNow). We manage workstations, printers and mobile devices and are the first line of IT support.
Our department has over 100 professionals and engineers in six teams: IT Support, Digital Workplace, CX tech, Commerce tech, HR tech, Finance tech.
Your responsibilities
Co - create product/service strategy in the area of Communication and Collaboration tools
Managing the team of Business Applications Specialist
Being owner of onboarding process of new tools and applications portfolio in already mentioned areas
Cooperation with Software Asset Management and Security Team
Collaboration on daily basis with our vendors f.ex Google, Asana, Cisco, Microsoft, Slack, Zoom, ServiceNow and many others
Our requirements
Have previous experience in managing teams
Are able to structure their own and others' work and prioritize activities
Be able to and support others in achieving goals and their development
Have excellent communication skills and are able to create long lasting relationships with business partners
Have previous experience with SaaS applications in the area of communication, project management, video conferencing, task management etc.
Are decision makers with experience working in large organizations
Are able to speak english fluently on C1 level
