O projekcie

As a Solution Centre Manager accountable for Integrated Supply Planning solutions, you will be responsible to ensure that the provision of the Kinaxis service for Demand Forecasting and Supply Planning is handled with a business focus and with right quality. You will act as a single point of accountability to provide the level of attention and focus required for its delivery. The Solution Centre Manager is also responsible for continuous improvement and the management of change affecting the service owned.

To support implementation of Kinaxis Rapid Response we are establishing new Integrated Planning platform team in the Warsaw Tech Hub in Poland. This new team will work in close partnership with the Supply Network Operations (SNO) Capability team in the business providing technical capabilities to keep the lights on, to evolve and improve the platform, to maximise re-usage and to optimise and accelerate deployment to new markets.

Within the Supply Network Operations (SNO) function we manage Integrated Supply Chain Planning (Supply Planning and Demand Planning), Logistics and the deployment of New Product Introductions

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Being involved in/or chairs the crisis management team for high-priority incidents impacting Integrated Supply Chain Planning service – Kinaxis Rapid Response

  • Leading the team to deliver Service and implement changes in agile way (DevOps model).

  • Engaging stakeholders and managing their expectations on the agreed service level

  • Defining, analysing, planning, measuring and improving all aspects of the availability of Kinaxis service.

  • Effective evaluation of business risks and issues related to operational incidents, potential application changes and internal audit reports.

  • Implement appropriate risk management processes and take appropriate and timely actions.

  • Supervising & handling the services run cost budget (Including cost strategy)

  • Participating in internal / external service review meetings

  • Tracking, Reviewing and agreeing with support vendor on support performance KPIs

Nasze wymagania

  • Experience on IT Service Management (minimum with ITIL v3), ITIL Service Integration and Management (SIAM) standard methodologies

  • Experience on Agile & DevOps model setup and execution

  • Experience in our preferred Supply Chain Planning Solutions of choice is highly desirable: Kinaxis Rapid Response, and in general experience in deploying cloud-based Supply Chain Planning solutions

  • Experience on Digital transformation & thinking

  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to plan own work to meet overall goals and objectives

  • Effective communication and relationship management

  • Robust team work demonstrated both within and outside the IDT (IT) function - Ability to generate trust, build alliances, and orchestrate interdisciplinary matrix teams, with internal and external participants

  • Degree Educated, with extensive post graduate work experience in an IT Services environment and /or business facing IT role

Mile widziane

  • Certified with Lean IT is preferable
