    You’ll be working in the Application Support team in ICD Organization based in Wrocław and Katowice. We are the experienced team responsible for end to end enterprise application support process using ITSM technologies (IBM Controll Desk, ServiceNow). We are highly independent, capable in Agile Process and self-driven organization focused on European customers.

    We are looking for Service Now CMDB Discovery Developer who will be responsible for the development, fixes and enhancements of the ServiceNow discovery probes and sensors. 
    A Discovery Developer will perform the follow activities under their scope of responsibility:

    • Provide Service Now Discovery level 3 support for discovery tool issues
    • Create custom probes and sensors
    • Define architecture Mid-Server placement and sizing for discovery support
    • Work with support teams to resolve network access and permissions/credentials issues

    Required Technical and Professional Expertise

    • 1+ year experience deploying ServiceNow discovery and handling discovery tool issues
    • Good technical knowledge to create custom probes and sensors for ServiceNow discovery
    • 1+ year experience defining Mid-Server placement and discovery schedules
    • Strong relational database / SQL knowledge
    • Strong ability to identify network access and permissions/credentials issues
    • Good proficiency in English


    Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery
