Processing for this purpose will take place for the time during which the Data Controller will have positions for which, due to your education and experience, your candidacy may be taken into account in the event of recruitment, however, no longer than until you withdraw your consent. • Pursuing claims and defense against claims arising from recruitment processes in which you will participate - based on the premise of art. 6 clause 1 "f" GDPR, i.e. the justified interest of the data controller described above. Processing for this purpose will take place until the expiry of the limitation period for claims, and in the event of the initiation of proceedings from such a claim - until the final termination of the proceedings. Personal data will be transferred by the Data Controller to public entities, if the obligation to provide it results from the generally applicable provisions of law. Please also note that you have the right to request from the Data Controller: • access to personal data, • rectification of personal data, • delete personal data, • restrictions on the processing of personal data, • the right to object to the processing of personal data, • the right to transfer personal data, • the right to withdraw consent – in the case of processing your data based on the premise of consent, • the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in connection with a breach of personal data protection. Your responsibilities

  • Ein Teil eines 10 Personen Service Management Teams, verantwortlich für Service Request Fulfillment und Change Management für deutschsprachige Kunden sein

  • Überwachung und Messung der Performance der Prozesse anhand definierter KPIs vornehmen

  • Schwachstellen, Lücken und Fehlverhalten im Prozess analysieren

  • Optimierungen für die erkannten Schwachstellen vorschlagen

  • An regelmäßigen Meetings mit Prozessverantwortlichen und Bearbeitergruppen zur Besprechung von Maßnahmen und Optimierung der Services teilnehmen

  • Mit der Service Delivery zusammenarbeiten, um gegenseitige Unterstützung zur Prozessverbesserung zu erzielen

  • Freigaben für Low Risk\Low Impact Changes erteilen, die Ticket Qualität sicherstellen

  • Regelmäßige Reports verfassen

  • Eng mit anderen ITIL Prozess Teams zur Verstärkung der gelieferten Services und einer verbesserten Kundenzufriedenheit zusammenarbeiten

  • Regelmäßig Aktualisierungen von Prozess-Dokumenten durchführen

  • Für Verbesserung der Prozessqualität mit Hilfe von Training für Delivery Teams sorgen

  • Als Hauptkommunikationssprache Deutsch gebrauchen

  • In den üblichen Bürozeiten, von Montag-Freitag tätig sein

  • Die Möglichkeit haben, herauszufinden, wie die Prozesswelt funktioniert

Our requirements

  • Deutsche Sprachekentnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau (schriftlich und mündlich)

  • Englische Sprachekentnisse auf dem Niveau der alltäglichen Geschäftskommunikation

  • Fähigkeit, fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse des ITIL-Service-Management-Frameworks nachzuweisen und Interesse daran,das Wissen zu vertiefen

  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Service-Management wird hochgerechnet

  • Fähigkeit, Probleme zu erkennen und auf eine Lösung hinzuarbeiten

  • Sehr gute analytische, kommunikative, organisatorische und Zeitmanagement-Fähigkeiten

  • Qualitäts- und Verbesserungsorientierung

  • MS-Office-Kenntnisse

  • Aufgeschlossenheit, Kreativität, Zuverlässigkeit, Wille zur Gestaltung von Dienstleistungsprozessen beizutragen

Rollenbeschreibung

Die Hauptverantwortung des Service Prozess Analysts besteht in der Kontrolle, Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit den Geschäftsbereichen, Kunden und übergeordneten/untergeordneten Support-Funktionen in spezifischen Aspekten der ITIL-Prozesse im Bereich Service Management sowie in der Unterstützung und Ausführung spezifizierter Prozesse (Change Management, Service Request Fulfillment), die vom Kunden oder Service-Manager beansprucht werden.
