    Service Process Controller with English – Incident Managment

     

    Miejsce pracy: Łódź

    Purpose of Role:

    Service Process Controller’s main responsibility is to control, coordinate and cooperate with Business Units, Customers and higher/lower level support functions in specific aspect of the ITIL process in Service Management area as well as to support and execute specified process raised by Customer or Service Manager.

     

    Key Activities:

    • Coordination and management of the process related activities,
    • Assistance in process execution,
    • Development and understanding of the customers’ environment and service delivery requirements to enable the delivery of the service,
    • Following established processes/systems and recommends improvements to these as appropriate to resolve routine customer enquiries,
    • Assuring all documents are up-to-date
    • If necessary supporting process owners to successful resolution of the escalated issue,
    • Suggesting process improvements or innovation resulting from account changes
    • Process/Account administration and update,
    • Service Process Manager/Service Process Lead/Service Process Administrator support,
    • Day to day Process Management assistance,
    • Monitoring process compliance,
    • Engagement with other processes participants to identify continues service  improvements,
    • Fulfillment of ad-hoc requests for Service status or one-time reports management,
    • Processing of service related communication
    • Support of any other IT Service Management role task described in the specific role description

    Qualifications for the role:

    • Interest in IT operations/service management,
    • ITIL related job experience recommended
    • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of ITIL Service Management framework or interest in gaining knowledge,
    • Excellent communication skills (written / verbal)
    • Customer focus mindset,
    • Stress and time pressure resistance - ability to work in tight deadlines and the ability to maintain focus whilst under pressure,
    • Creativity and open mind
    • Organizational, and time management skills
    • Ability to identify problems and work to resolution (see things through) and to motivate others to complete tasks on time,
