An ambitious people manager to drive our digital contracts back-end unit.

You will join the Service Excellence organization, where you will take charge of and work alongside our Service RPA (Robotic

Process Automation) team, consisting of 3 dedicated employees handling service contracts for FOSS’ subsidiaries and distributors across the globe. Today, the handling of service contracts is mainly a manual process but FOSS has the ambition of strengthening our efforts within RPA and other automation methodologies to increase the efficiency of administrative tasks. Together with your team, you will be at the forefront of putting RPA to use to take on an increasing amount of contract administration from FOSS’ subsidiaries and distributors.

You will be based in Warsaw while reporting to the Head of Service Excellence at FOSS Innovation Center in Hillerød, Denmark.

Your daily challenges will include:

•Leading and motivating your team to meet deadlines

•Working alongside the team in ensuring timely handling of new contracts and renewals

•Liaising with key stakeholders in other departments (e.g. Sales & Marketing, Finance, IT) to align and optimize processes

•Ensuring documentation of your team’s processes

•Tracking and reporting KPIs and setting up corrective actions for meeting targets

You have a proven track record in streamlining and optimizing processes into a centralized unit in an international organization, as well as experience with Automation methodologies and tools (e.g. Robotic Process Automation). You also come with people management experience (team motivation, appraisals and people development) and experience taking over administrative responsibility from a global organization.

As a person, you have strong motivational and communication skills to engage your team and stakeholders at different levels of the organization. You are able to set direction but do not mind working alongside the team to move things forward and deliver on deadlines and tasks. Last but not least, you are motivated by joining a truly international working environment, where English is the corporate language.

You will participate in forming FOSS’ approach to automation and centralization of processes to increase efficiency and improve quality in our global interactions with customers. On this journey, you will work with a dedicated and highly skilled team and be in frequent contact with internal customers across FOSS’ global organization.
