Your responsibilities
Marketing
• Creation and optimization of marketing and sales material
• Collection of information on Customers, market and competitors regarding the assigned portfolio
• Execution of marketing activities and representation of the IPM business on trade fairs, congresses, and other events
Sales
• Selection of appropriate target customers, identification of business opportunities based on market research and data analysis and personal talks
• Identification of a suitable access to Customer’s management, Customers visits, identification and development of business potential
• Driving deals to closure
• Expansion & optimization of long-term Customer relationships with existing Customers
• Utilization of Customer Relationship Management Tool “SieSales/Salesforce” to document all sales and marketing activities
Offer preparation
• Preparation of the functional/technical, organizational and financial offer contents (including full understanding of these offer contents) and negotiations with Customers
• Development and/or validation of pricing strategy and pricing details
• Check of the ability of the Siemens organization to deliver the offered services and/or concept and procedure to build up new Siemens organization for those services
• Working in close relationship with Management, Controlling (Business Administration), Legal and Human Resources Department and coordination of required resources in order to negotiate IPM contracts successfully
Order/Contract negotiations
• Negotiations of offers, orders, contracts, contract renewals alone or in a negotiation team in accordance with approval processes and signature guidelines
Order/Contract implementation & Operation
• Participation in or support of orders/contracts during the mobilization phase, implementation phase and operational phase
• Driving the mobilization & implementation phases in case, that there is no team available until the contract team is established
Portfolio Development
• Analysis of markets, Customers and competitors
• Identification of trends and changes/developments
• Market oriented development & evolution of the IPM portfolio
Business Planning
• Support of the Polish CS Management and CS Controlling (Business Administration) in (financial) sales planning and forecasting activities
Our requirements
Successful completion of Master studies in technical education (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar)
Ideally 3 – 5 years professional work experience in sales of technical/industrial services for production plants (including skills regarding sales processes, tools, methodologies, and case development)
Experience in project management in the erection and/or optimization of production plants desirable
Experience in maintenance management or maintenance in industrial companies desirable
Distinct businesslike thinking and acting (“entrepreneurship”)
Working self-dependent and target-oriented together with analytical and structured working style
Strong communication skills and selling skills on all management levels
Customer focus with the ability to influence, as well as extraordinary presentation skills
Preferably developed skills in financial management, business administration and contract design
Excellent MS Office and CRM knowledge required
Driving license and willingness to travel
Fluency in Polish and English; German will be considered a plus

You will be responsible for development of the Integral Plant Maintenance service portfolio for production plants at existing (“brown field”) and new (“green field”) production sites in Poland.
Our Service Portfolio includes:
• Maintenance Sites (Maintenance Outsourcing)
Long term, often performance-based maintenance contracts (inspection, routine maintenance, repairs, overhauls and optimization) for production plants of industrial companies.
• Plant Maintenance Services
Long term service contracts (inspection, routine maintenance, repair), mostly for Siemens technologies, components and solutions in the typical Siemens business areas like drive technology, measurement techniques, control engineering/technology, instrumentation & control systems and automation systems/technologies.
