To perform a variety of complex engineering functions as related to the installation, service and maintenance of the Company products to meet the customer's requirements
To apply complex engineering knowledge in support of the services and projects, analysis of the technical products and/or services
Carrying out startup and commissioning activities of the metering systems. This includes planning, execution and reporting to customer
Providing preventive and corrective maintenance for Emerson measurement equipment
Using diagnostic tools and software to assist with installation, commissioning, and fault diagnostics
Providing technical support during the whole product lifecycle, warranty and after warranty services
Coordinating warranty process, registering claims, providing resolution and following up with customer
Work with customers to solve complex automation problems
Proactively develop customer relationships; anticipate and provide solutions to customer needs giving high priority to customer satisfaction
Carrying out site surveys, simple Instrument audits and assessment of installed base for upgrades and obsolesce management
Contact customers to review and promote their needs for service and maintenance contracts
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant field service experience
Has demonstrated start up and commissioning experience in the process industry
Requires up to 80% travel, also on a short notice
Strong (English) communication skills both oral and written
Mature personality which is very much self-driven and self-motivated
Resistant to stress and working under pressure of time
Creative, driven to solution solving and out of box thinking
Willing to work in a team
