About the project

To be part of the Service Management & Automation Office team at JM IT Global Organization we seek a ServiceNow Administrator to hold a key position in the ongoing development, enhancement and administration of the global ServiceNow ticketing system and its related scalable solutions.

Working as the SME you will perform core configuration and administration tasks which will include user profile administration, security, workflow definition, data management, reporting and systems integration.

Your responsibilities

  • Administration of the ServiceNow platform

  • Provide proactive administration, management, design, implementation and support for complete ServiceNow platform and solution

  • Perform application maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification and remediation

  • Manage support for ServiceNow requests and incidents

  • Manage platform upgrade planning through to execution

  • Configure /standardize reporting

  • Work with Access Control team to manage instance security, such as user/group access, administration, access control lists etc.

  • Enhancing the ServiceNow platform, such as Service Catalogue, Templates, workflows etc.

  • Assist in delivering the ServiceNow roadmap

  • Support the SN modules (ITSM & ITOM), and any future modules purchased

  • Monitor ServiceNow licensing

  • Create and managing integrations

  • Supporting the CMDB

  • Write required process documentation

Our requirements

  • University Degree in IT or related areas (e.g. Computer Science, IT Management)

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar function, with a track record on implementation in large organizations

  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow Platform components

  • Good English skills for daily communication

  • Working knowledge of ITIL framework

  • Understanding of VMWare & Cloud platforms ( Azure & AWS )

  • Understanding of Microsoft on premisses environments (Active

  • Directory, SQL, Windows Server)

  • Results oriented, capable of establishing the right priorities with diligence and initiative

  • Good communication skills and ability to interact and be a relevant team member

  • Capability to work under stress and with tight schedules


  • Additional experience on integrating ServiceNow with Automation tools will be valued

  • Previous project experience in a multicultural environment will also be valued
