Your responsibilities
Development. Responsible forimplementing/using best practices as pertains to workflows, integration, configuration, customization, access controls, portals, widgets and pages
Administration. Support Custom Service Portalon ServiceNow
Cooperating with international stakeholders
Our requirements
You have experience in ServiceNow development (2+ years),
You are CSA (Certified System Administrator),
You have understanding of ITSM processes,
You have good knowledge of ServiceNow catalog items,
You have good knowledge of ServiceNow custom applications and record producers,
You have ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment,
You actively seek for improvements & innovations,
You have full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
Optional
Fluency in administering ServiceNow knowledge base
Experience in working remotely
Experience in working on global projects
Good understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux)

Information about squad:
You will join one of the squads, developing and administering ServiceNow platform within ING Group.
Team’s primary task is to develop and maintain ServiceNow instance within Enterprise System Management scope, according to customer needs and ING regulations & practices (compliance, agile way of working, etc).
The squad is led by a business Product Owner who gives engineers the autonomy to manage and implement technical tasks according to the product backlog items specification and priorities.
