Your responsibilities

  • Build customer relationships by delivering at client expectations on assigned scope and deliverables. Work with the Client (customer-focused mindset), set and manage expectations. Assess and implement customer’s business requirements into IT delivery, reate and update documentation and procedures as and when required

  • Participate in versatile ServiceNow administration, development or testing activities. Collaborate with Architects, Consultants, Business Analytics as well as other key stakeholders across own and Client organization. Expand ServiceNow knowledge through self-paced trainings, on-the-job work and other opportunities (communities, certifications, and more..)

  • Manage your squad – act as direct supervisor, define career path and drive development and personal growth of experts in your squad, handle performance management, status reporting, governance, analyze incoming demand and secure project(s) for squad members, act as part of extended leadership for the domain supporting organization’s strategy. Proactively identify add on work (up-sell) and assist in identifying cross sales

Our requirements

  • Ability to create and manage technical ServiceNow specifications in order to lead technical analysis of potential solutions that can be applied. Ability to create high-level and detailed ServiceNow Configurations and Customizations that can meet architecture, security, performance, scalability and sustainability requirements (Service Catalog Items, Variable’s modifications, creating flows and workflows, Service Portal adjustments, widget management, UI Policies, UI Scripts, ACL management, Client and Server scripts). Working knowledge of relational databases

  • Proven track record of successful ServiceNow Development project delivery (including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methods). Experience in code design and code reviews (where applicable) to ensure specifications have been understood and implemented accordingly with best standards within ServiceNow. Experience in working with Web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, and CSS preferred

  • People Management skillset – ability to manage a small team of experts (3-10). Strong “Team Spirit”, desire to integrate, enthusiasm to grow professionally. Entrepreneurship and business acumen to actively support organization’s objectives. Good written and verbal communication skills (English)


  • Prior experience with custom application development, developing and implementing API's and knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery. Experience in facilitating requirement gathering workshops, design and development activities to deliver and deploy a satisfactory end-user experience. Creation of standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines for the IT design and development community as well work instructions or ‘runbooks’ used for end-user support

  • Knowledge of at least one of ServiceNow Products ITSM/ITOM, ITBM, Performance Analytics/Self-Service ServiceNow functions, HR, SAM, or others. Experience with ServiceNow integration with 3rd party software and applications

  • ITIL v3 or v4 foundations certification and ServiceNow application developer/system administrator certifications preferred. Knowledge and work experience in Agile project mgmt. methodologies
