About the project
On the position you will work as part of the Global IT Services Team to provide Service Development services and support the team with maintenance and running of Service Now.
ServiceNow developer is a professional who has a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, data models and development.
Your responsibilities
Create complex ServiceNow workflows based on process flow diagrams and specifications.
Understanding and experience of the latest versions of ServiceNow's Cloud based platform.
Knowledge of various ServiceNow Modules including
Working on agreed time, cost and quality parameters within the agreed scope.
Knowledge of ITSM processes, Service Now, Configuration management Database, DR, SLA and infrastructure.
Creating catalog items, catalog scripts, UI Policies
Table edits, automations
Editing forms
Managing ACLs, client and server scripts, business rules
Manage day-to-day admin tasks on the platform
Analyze current processes to identify automation opportunities and implement tools
Administration duties, configuration tasks, and general housekeeping activities in ServiceNow including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration
Some development activities maybe outsourced to Sonova’s Service Now partner, so this role will be required to collaborate with them to ensure the best solution is developed
Working with internal customers on requirements and finding solutions within Service Now
Our requirements
BSc/MSc degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, ITIL qualification or related experience
At least 3 years of experience with development and administration of ServiceNow platform
Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party solutions and tools (Jira, SAP, Salesforce..)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of Agile development process
Basic Understanding of ITIL
ServiceNOW Certified
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
Owns very high standards of quality
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
