Your role:

Sii Poland is looking for an experienced and business-minded manager who will build and manage the unit responsible for ServiceNow offering. The services to be provided by the unit include strategy consulting, platform implementations and development.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for a P&L of the unit
  • Developing the company’s offering in the area of ServiceNow
  • Business development, supervising sales activities in the area under his/her responsibility
  • Supporting sales & presales activities within the organization in the area of ServiceNow
  • Managing delivery of services under his/her responsibility in the areas: risks, budget, quality assurance, methodology, controlling, reporting and planning
  • Build delivery teams and organize their work
  • Marketing activities (webinars, conferences, etc.)
  • Cooperating with other company units: sales, PMO, finance, back-office, legal
Your skills:
  • Ambitious Leader
  • At least 2 years of experience on a similar posiotion
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform
  • Consulting services experience or experience of selling in a consultative environment 
  • Good sales and presales skills
  • Experience in managing programs, project portfolios and IT services
  • Dynamic and very ambitious person, not afraid of challenges
  • Good organization of work and excellent skills to manage people
  • Positive Energy, ability to energize others
  • Deep and authentic excitement about work
  • Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility to the customer
  • Ability to understand customer’s problems & create solutions in response
  • Ability to sell high level consulting services & win large deals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Drive and ambition to win & deliver contracts, strong focus on target 
  • Able to recruit top level subordinate team; build close contact / partnership / open-minded relation with them; closely monitor subordinates KPI help them to perform & win
  • Fluent English proficiency
