ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Miejsce pracy: Kraków

ServiceNow Technical Consultant will participate in all technical aspects of ServiceNow implementation project and solution delivery:

  • Act as a technical expert in ServiceNow implementation projects
  • Configure, customize, improve and deploy ServiceNow modules for clients
  • Design Implement and improve integrations of ServiceNow with other 3rd party systems
  • Design and develop custom modules on top of ServiceNow platform
  • Solve technical challenges across multiple ServiceNow domains and modules and propose best solutions to the clients
  • Configure and customize various aspects of ServiceNow platform (workflows, UI,  client/server scripts, business rules, notifications etc)
  • Collaborate within a technical team to develop leading edge platform technology

The ideal candidate should have experience with ServiceNow as a technical delivery consultant within client environments, but lack of ServiceNow experience can be compensated if relevant additional requirements are met. 

Additional requirements:

  • Consulting skills (problem solver with attention to detail and understanding of business drivers behind the technology)
  • JavaScript development skills, both client and server side.
  • Experience or knowledge with system integrations with use of Web Services - SOAP, REST
  • Experience with Web Technologies like XML, CSS, HTML, Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery, JSON and Web Services
  • Experience in working with database based systems with SQL and relational database knowledge
  • Strong communication skills (active listener, think before acting, superb verbal and writing skills)
