Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist with German
Location: Lodz

Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to
 
provide operational support to our healthcare customers on a daily basis for back office Services & Solutions Delivery department in a multinational environment, covering administrative activities of the Installed Base, Contracts, Billing, Parts Central, Parts Reverse, Quotation.

You are responsible for

  • Creating a resourcing plan and service order fulfillment schedule to deliver on commitments and have an optimized resource allocation across service engineers
  • Balancing conflicting demands in the area of business obligations
  • Receiving, monitoring, developing and dispatching service orders for service engineers and resources
  • Communicating and confirming with the customer the maintenance plans based on contracts and maintenance requirements
  • Being single point of contact for exception and escalation of service orders for customers, consumers and service engineers (internal / external) in a professional matter (analysis, registration, communication and timely escalation)

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Professional experience in fields related to customer service or supply chain or accounting
  • Fluent German and good command of English
  • Comprehensive PC skills; knowledge of MS Excel (SAP would be an advantage)
  • Problem solving mindset with ability to identify improvement opportunities
  • Interpersonal skills required in interactions with internal and external customers
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
