  • Receive and validate client settlement orders.
  • Processing/STP exceptions on settlement orders.
  • Participate in transforming of unstructured orders into standardized processable transaction messages by means of manual transaction capture in various tools.
  • Responsible for matching Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI’s) with and enriching asset transfer transactions for counterparty custodians.
  • Repair and release of settlement instruction of custody transactions in the various markets worldwide.
  • Monitor, identify and raise settlement fails on both position and cash side.
  • Manage client's e-mail queries related to existing/potential transactions.
  • Liaise with internal partners and external counterparties (e.g. custodian banks) in order to manage / resolve breaks, issues, and queries.

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a multi-cultural, corporate environment, preferably in a financial area (Trade Validation, Mid-Office, Payments).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English. Knowledge of any other language would be a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills and ability to conduct a proper investigation and draw conclusions.
  • Able to work in a team and to cooperate across cultures and locations.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of structured working, independency and self-organization.
