About the project

The Project Manger is accountable for overall project execution of assigned snow platforms with the key objective of delivering them on time and in a manner that achieves the overarching business targets of safety, quality, performance, and profitability. This role also partners closely with the vendor technical team and internal IT to ensure the strategic intent of the product is carried throughout the plan so it truly delivers an exceptional customer

experience.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and on-time execution of ServiceNow (SNOW) implementation in a few European markets.

  • Responsible for project organization and success

  • Follows specific project methodology and its milestones

  • Able to deliver executive summaries

  • Prepares requirements, specifications, describes and analyses business processes

  • Ability to interact with several stakeholders and quick understanding of the requirements

  • Cooperate with cross-functional teams to meet project schedule, safety, quality, cost, durability, performance, and reliability requirements

  • Responsible for the overall success of the project

  • Participate in development and field testing as required; analyzes problems and recommends solutions

  • Allocate and monitor resources and task assignments within the team.

  • Motivate the team and others affecting the project's success

  • Plan budgets and manpower forecasts

  • Provide technical support

  • Effectively communicate to executive-level leaders regarding project status, key issues, and mitigation plans

Our requirements

  • Experience with SNOW (Service Now) implementation and development projects

  • Experience in technical issue management regarding SNOW platform

  • Good understanding and sound knowledge of supported business areas and processes,

  • PMI / Prince2/Agile or other similar certificates

  • Experience in test planning and estimation

  • Business English

  • Proven record of creating / updating project & technical documentation,

  • Excellence in functionally leading and coordinating teams in multi- cultural environments

  • Ability to understand the technical challenges to support and guide the team

  • Effectively leads people for specific endeavors to a high degree of accountability and closer identification with customer objectives

  • Strong in comprehensive thinking and decision-making

  • Good documentation skills & ability to provide input to / review technical documentation

  • Able to communicate effectively, organize and manage self and others tasks execution

  • Monitors process compliance within the area of responsibility, and escalates processes-related problems to other groups / partners / clients
