Your responsibilities

  • Monitors daily performance of our Shared Service partners on contractually aligned KPIs

  • Supports the preparation of escalation steps, when partners underperform

  • Supports the individual management of our partner performance

  • Prepares deep dives on partners’ performance to identify risks and improvement potential

  • Prepares and visualizes data insights for MBRs/QBRs

  • Highlights occurring blockers

  • Prepares drafts for invoice controlling dashboards, visualizing partners performance in regards our contractual KPIs

  • Supports the alignment of daily, weekly and monthly capacity bookings internally, helps to manage capacity of the partner vs. internal needs

  • Supports data-driven decision making with data collection, analysis, and evaluation

  • Prepares and execute escalation steps, when partner underperforms

  • Conducts deep dives on partner performance to identifies risks and potentials

  • Suggests and creates new data insights for MBRs/QBRs

  • Supports engineering to understand operational limitations and obstacles

  • Cross checks month KPIs invoicing

  • Contributes in new processes and standards development

  • Implements process and standards

  • Introduces Best practice approaches to optimize costs, services and quality

  • Prepares complete business cases including correct cost models

  • Escalates, when partner underperforms

  • Manages partner performance individually

  • Highlights occurring blockers and creates meaningful insights to improve cooperation possibilities

  • Prepares drafts for invoice controlling dashboards visualizing the partners performance in regards to the contractual KPIs

  • Leading negotiations and discussions between the partner and internal stakeholders

  • Develops new processes and standards and implementing them, identifying of best practice approaches in order to optimize costs, service and quality

  • Leads projects related to partner performance development/improvement/risk mitigation

Our requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sound working experience in a comparable position related to shared service centers or solution provider side

  • Finished Bachelor or Master's degree in the field of economics or finance with logistics/ SCM specialization or comparable education

  • First experience in common methods of project management (e.g. project plans, timelines, LOPs etc.)

  • Experience in leading a low complex to medium complex role related to partner management

  • Strong in the areas of planning and organizing and good knowledge from the standard MS Office programs

  • You have numerical view with a good hand for data visualization

  • You are analytically set and cost conscious

  • Quick to understand complex, cross-department processes & IT structures

  • Good communication skills and a high customer orientation

  • Ability to work in international teams demonstrating cultural sensitivity and social competence

  • Hands on mentality

  • Excellent in English language spoken & written; additional languages preferable

  • Moderate mobility, willing to travel

  • Comprehensive knowledge of partner and process management

  • Experience in leading a medium complex to complex role related to partner Management

  • Process and continuous improvement expertise

  • Negotiation skills and stakeholder management

  • Experience in leading complex projects

  • Experience managing the performance of partners
