Your responsibilities

  • Day to day maintenance, performance monitoring and healthcare of SharePoint environments,

  • Configuring SharePoint services and settings,

  • Automate environment management with PowerShell scripts,

  • Resolve all end user access, permission, authentication and authorization issues globally,

  • Assist end user on general site administration requests, involving content update troubleshooting, and integration support,

  • Work with 3rd party developers / administrators in order to deploy / maintain new SharePoint applications,

  • Work with Site Collection Administrators, providing support on settings / security.\,

  • Building SharePoint farms for testing & application rollout,

  • Participate in planning and estimation of projects,

  • Optimisation of farms services performance on web, application and database level,

  • Participate in scheduled Disaster Recovery tests.

Our requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in administration, maintenance and implementation of SharePoint 2010- 2019 & SharePoint Online environments and Office 365 products,

  • Knowledge and development experience in PowerShell and/or Visual Studio Code,

  • Search customisation and management,

  • Troubleshooting Build/Upgrade/Customization deployment issues,

  • Strong understanding of SharePoint security concepts,

  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues by analysing and evaluating possible solutions,

  • Understanding of M365, IIS, SQL, Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory an advantage,

  • Knowledge of web servers, networks, databases, storage systems and load balancing technologies,

  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills,

  • Ability to rapidly assimilate new information and new techniques,

  • Experience on migration planning and execution between SharePoint versions and between SharePoint Online,

  • Identify opportunities within SharePoint as a platform which will be of benefit to the client,

  • Documenting products lifecycle and deployments processes,

  • Team player with ability to work on their own initiative,

  • Knowledge of Power Apps / Power BI / Power Automate an advantage,

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills,

  • Ability to work and conduct research independently, as well as a part of diverse-disciplined teams.
