SHARP-X Business Analyst with English [Online Recruitment]

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Identification and analysis of business impacts of implementing the SHARP-X solution
  • Working with the Solution Consultant to gather, document and challenge specific local requirements (tax, legal, compliance related) following a zero-gap approach​
  • Providing expert knowledge of the subject area and the transition methodology​
  • Being responsible for the successful closing of gaps between “as-is” and “to-be” situation​
  • Being a change agent and support the stakeholders on their change management journey​
  • Working with end  users to develop necessary processes or procedural changes to accommodate the solution​
  • Ensuring a proper and effective knowledge transfer (e.g. documentation, key-user training, etc.)​
  • Thoroughly performing functional testing and support user acceptance testing of the solution and associated procedures to confirm that the primary business requirements are met​
  • Completing and improve test scenarios​
  • Supporting roles and responsibilities mapping vs. positions​
  • Continuous improvement and keeping up-to-date of documentation (SOPs, process descriptions, Sol ID materials, etc.).​
  • On-boarding new team members in your functional area​
  • Adequate handover to Business As Usual after Stabilization phase of the transition​
  • Contributing to project status reporting​
  • Assisting in performing ‘AS IS’ analysis during Solution Identification (SOL-ID) phase and 

You are a good Candidate if:

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in Finance/Accounting in SSC/BPO environment
  • You have minimum 2 years’ experience in Business Performing Management function specific to the area of process expertise
  • You have exposure to multiple tools and methodologies and you are familiar with the SAP system
  • You have strong experience and solid knowledge of Business Performance Management
  • You are able to understand E2E process strategy, its application to the task and responsibilities in this position and explain it to relevant stakeholders
  • You have strong analytical and project management skills
  • You have strong and effective communication, facilitation and presentation, strategic thinking, effective time management skills
  • You have bachelor or Master degree in e.g. Management Information Systems/Management Accounting
  • You have a good command of Cost Accounting methodology

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Manufacturing and Commercial Accounting
  • Project certifications (PMI, PRINCE2 or other)
  • Transition methodology and experience
  • Experience in conducting trainings
