SHARP-X is a major program shaping the future of Finance in HEINEKEN within European Region. As the Data Integration Specialist for the SHARP-X program, you will be part of a dynamic, enthusiastic team of data professionals, driving transformation across our European Region.

By driving performance improvements in the collaboration amongst European Operating Companies, HGSS (HEINEKEN Global Shared Services) and the Global Functions, you enable the wider European ambition to further improve Commercial capabilities, drive the digital agenda, and ensure we remain competitive, and maintain our right to win in the market.

Your responsibilities

  • Analysing source system’s data model, on object/field level, and matching that towards the target system’s data model, on object/field level

  • Preparing mapping files (design, how-to, governance on those during, and after mapping is finished) for every entity that is migrated

  • Before, during, and after Solution Identification (SOL ID) ensure and coordinate that OpCo’s are instructed and ready to fill in the mapping templates accordingly

  • Identify any mapping gaps and address them with appropriate project teams, such as Business Solution Design or Technology, ensuring it will be resolved

  • Support on designing of reconciliation reports – design, checks, validations, documentation;

  • Act as a point of contact also for all OpCo’s on Data Migration matters, and be the point of contact for all applicable HKN teams, as well as external Vendors in workshops and meetings.

  • Overseeing the data extraction and upload activities

  • Support data mapping and integration execution and end to end reconciliation

  • Provide technical solutions with regards to data migration (i.e. support testing in resolving data related test incidents)

  • Ensure adherence to HEINEKEN data standards and indicate gaps towards the S4 Finance Core solution and processes

  • Manage the data migration per phase of the project (unit testing, UAT, deployment etc)

  • Align with Data Modeling and Data Governance teams on data migration

  • Initiate and provide trainings for the data work stream

Our requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in large scale IT implementations or projects (preferably SAP), ideally with experience of data

  • Demonstrate exceptional active listening and communication skills, able to bring the message across to different audiences.

  • Be creative, come up with new ideas and deliver in a fast-pace environment

  • Show flexibility, proactivity and be an energetic team player

  • Have fluency in English
