Shipping Coordinator 


  • Deliver high quality service to mainly internal customers and support of LCT’s core activities
  • Daily work with Transport Management System (TMS), interfaces and system’s outputs
  • Being the main operational contact for internal customers, freight forwarders and other stakeholders, communication and coordination
  • Contribute to securing that the unit meets short to mid-term goals and customer expectations
  • Optimize the daily use of the TMS for the benefit of the business
  • Secure that supply chain processes within the unit are followed and maintained
  • Support the TMS within one or more central support areas (rate management, claims, system, reporting)
  • Secure and enhance work standards & SOPs
  • Support problem solving, improvement and development activities
  • Participate in Production Control System/ Lean Six Sigma/ 5S and other Operations initiatives in the unit


  • Fluency in English – spoken and written
  • 1-2 years of experience from export company and/ or freight forwarding – preferably within international business
  • Bachelor or equivalent
  • Experience in usage of different IT systems (ERP, TMS or similar)
  • Eagerness to provide the highest quality of service
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Cross functional and global mindset, problem solving skills
  • Good MS office skills, particularly Excel
  • Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for the delivered results
  • Openness to work during some of Polish holidays
  • Experience from improvement tools, e.g. 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen would be an additional asset
