Your responsibilities
Driving shopper & customer activation agenda for respective category & brand(s)
Customer value proposition development based on shopper insights & customer understanding
Full responsibility for development of brand(s) trade marketing strategy for annual business planning, covering NPIs launch, Consumer/ Shopper activations, omnichannel approach
Development and execution of Price & Promo Strategy for respective brand(s)
Initiating and creating multichannel propositions and sales support tools for key customers
Development of digital support, implementation of promotions and marketing campaigns for e-commerce
Category development projects with key customers in terms of long-term growth horizon and investment
Visibility & Availability standards development for respective category & brand(s)
Effective communication of planned activities & sales support tools - for internal & external stakeholders
Best in class customer cooperation, including category meetings & customer workshops
Effective budget planning & management and setting priorities based on evaluations
Close cooperation with the departments: Sales, Marketing, Planning, marketing agencies in order to develop and implement sales supporting projects.
Our requirements
Strong cross-functional experience in area of trade / shopper marketing & category management, with minimum 1-2 years of experience at similar position; experience in pharmaceutical business will be an additional advantage
Multiple channel / categories perspective - shopper initiatives & promo tactics
Strategic thinking (short vs long term perspective, concept/ solution development, implications on total business economics)
Proven experience in new product launches, Consumer / Shopper activations, Pricing & Promo guidelines, Visibility & Availability standards preparation & execution
Interest in digital customer marketing and knowledge of tools supporting e-Commerce activities
Analytical & financial skills (P&L, ROI)
Solid experience and independence in managing cross-functional projects and setting priorities and the ability to involve others in their implementation – persuasive & collaborative attitude
Experience in working with marketing agencies, including digital scope
Very good organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Creativity, agility, initiative, and openness to new challenges
University degree (preferred majors: marketing, management, economics)
Fluency in Business English
Good practical knowledge of MS Excel & MS Power Point
