Managing incoming inspection team to ensure quality control of incoming components;
Cooperation with external sorting company to assure sorting activities and manage sorting costs;
Oversee production line securitisation process;
Manage supplier requalification process;
Implementation of incoming inspections quality standards according to Valeo-Siemens global standards;
Reporting supplied components quality status to Site Quality Manager;
Manage costs and chargeback process with suppliers;
Assure and promote quality mindset and problem solving attitude within the team.
At least 5 years experience in an automotive industry;
Practical knowledge of VDA PPA procedure and implementation;
Team Management skills;
Flexibility, enthusiasm, good communication skills and ability to analyze and solve problems.
