Your responsibilities
Be responsible for creating the Nokia-wide program focused on developing skill-based organization
Closely cooperate with the Program Leader and be involved in critical areas of the program
Collect and analyze necessary data related to people learning and development
Help in creating summary reports at the major milestones of the program
Work with professionals responsible for key HR projects at Nokia
Participate in digitalization and improvement of existing HR processes and tools
Our requirements
Active student status (for a minimum of one more year)
Advanced knowledge of the English language (required)
Knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, Sharepoint
Data visualization (illustrations, charts, block diagrams)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to details
Interests in the area of Learning & Development
