Your responsibilities

Collaborating with SME, Propositions, CRM and other teams to develop and provide insights and analytics supporting business performance and decision-making,
Working together with Business Development, Commercial departments and wider business to model and coordinate business cases,
Analysing sales process and behaviour to drive efficiency and unification,
Analysing merchant customer attrition drivers and supporting the development of retention initiatives,
Modelling customer strategy related projects and analytical support of project teams,
Leveraging SalesForce.com and other internal data sources to analyse, understand and recommend improvements to the end-to-end sales and customer servicing processes,
Interrogating our MI data suite and extracting deep customer data to enable ad-hoc analyses and proposition modelling,
Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.

Our requirements

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Analytics or Finance,
Proven ability to manage and synthesise complex datasets to deliver commercial insights,
Proficient Excel,
Fluent English language, oral and written,
Excellent logical and analytical skills -- both quantitative and qualitative,
Self-starter able to manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic, corporate environment,
Quick-learner and positive, confident communicator.

Optional

Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong eye for detail
Financial Services experience is highly preferred, Payments experience is ideal
Experience with matrix organizations a plus

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated individual for an exciting new opportunity: SME & Productivity Commercial Analyst.

Reporting into the European Commercial Insights & Analytics Team, this critical role will help shape Elavon’s customer management and business development strategies and will likely suit candidates from Analytic or Finance backgrounds, aspiring to grow their analytics / strategy development skill set. This new position requires business acumen, analytic mindset and effective interpersonal and project management skills.
