Your responsibilities
This particular role is geared towards people who want to take their love of social media & performance marketing to the next level. Individuals who have high expectations for their career and want to work in a big international company which has all the tools and resources you need. You are excited to develop our processes and help us to grow our internet sales. You see the big picture and have more solutions than problems. You have done social media marketing for more than 4 years and you`re used to analyze campaign performance, help your colleagues in difficult situations, plan interesting ad content for different target groups, you have used Meta business manager almost daily, you´ve used all the helpful tools for testing and streamline processes and more. You can also lead a social media marketing team and know how to get the best out of people.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of paid social ad accounts, including continuous optimisation, analysis, and strategy.
Leading the social media marketing team and develop ways to work to get better results for the team. Project management and reporting to the management team.
Strive to continuously learn and master the latest technologies and techniques.
Analysis of customer behaviour and marketing performance using Facebook Analytics, Facebook pixel events, Google Analytics and possibly other analytics tools. Also attribution modelling and other analysis-related projects.
Making social ads strategies together with the rest of the marketing- and content team. Devising strategies and tactics to increase the sales of our health and beauty products.
Identifying and implementing relevant industry changes and innovations.
Planning and implementation of local and international Facebook Ads campaigns
Finding new ways to do things. Improving processes and implementing them.
Our requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience handling Meta Business manager, Facebook Ad accounts, Google Analytics and other related tools
Experience about high budget ad campaigns and evidences of good results
Experience in working with a social media marketing team and other marketing teams
Familiarity with a subscription based business model marketing. Experience about scaling up a subscription business.
A real passion for digital marketing in general, social media marketing in particular, and innovations in the field.
A friendly personality with good collaboration and management skills, plenty of ambition, and a drive to become a leading expert.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
(Preferred) BSc/MSc in marketing, or other fields such as IT/computer science, mathematics, statistics with a strong passion for digital marketing.
Knowledge in Baltic, Polish or Finnish languages is not a requirement, but every language is a plus.

As we are growing, we need more people into our social marketing team to join our digital marketing team in Poland. Our operations are based in Finland, but Poland also has a key role to play and our Polish team is working closely with the main office. Currently our inhouse marketing team consists of six dedicated professionals who are working in Finland, Estonia and Poland.
