Your responsibilities

  • Strategising and managing Packhelp’s key social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn.

  • Working closely with the Creative Team on launching cross-channel campaigns.

  • Focusing on setting and achieving social media KPIs such as traffic, (micro)conversions, and engagement rate of followers. Preparing regular reports and analyses.

  • Overseeing the execution of SM collabs run by the Influencer Marketing Manager and Community Specialist.

  • Managing the budget for social media activities, extra post boosts, and collabs.

  • Proactively optimising our social media performance; looking for alternative solutions and hypotheses to be tested; exploring new target groups and personas.

Our requirements

  • Min. 3-4 years of experience in (organic) social media management

  • Proven track record of running successful social media initiatives and campaigns, with a strong focus on Instagram as well as YouTube and/or TikTok

  • Hands-on experience in working with high-level strategies as well as day-to-day task execution

  • Fluency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio as well as other social media planning (e.g. IconSquare) and community management tools (e.g. NapoleonCat)

  • Data driven approach and a strong focus on business metrics

  • Experience in crafting creative briefs for graphic designers and copywriters

  • Being passionate about social media as well as the newest trends in online marketing; you will be our go-to person for inspiration and source of what’s hot in your fields of expertise

  • A self-starter attitude with a lot of independent thinking

  • Great communication skills in English - both written and spoken; you will be working with international team members and freelancers on a daily basis


  • Experience in working on a client / brand side is not a must - but a big plus.
