Developing and executing the best social media strategy and tactics across all social channels, with a focus on LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube,
setting social media KPIs in line with business and marketing objectives,
creating, implementing and managing the social media calendar in alignment with the global content calendar and business objectives,
developing social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness and lead generation in collaboration with the performance marketer,
working closely with the content and digital marketers to ensure the delivery of the best content across all social media channels,
driving community engagement and strengthening consumer relations.
drafting and implementing global social media guidelines,
building close relationships with our key stakeholders at social media platforms,
creating a collaboration framework for the matrix organizational environment (freedom within a framework),
introducing social advocacy approach and tactics,
owning the social media reporting, and proactively sharing management reports with senior stakeholders across the business,
staying up to date with the latest social media marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and sharing knowledge with the wider social media and marketing teams.
Work from European Union region and work permit are required.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
6+ years of extensive social media experience with a focus on leading organic growth and engagement. Paid knowledge is a big plus.
Experience in the professional services sector (B2B).
Experience within the IT consulting sector.
Track record of developing and executing social media strategy for a global organization from scratch.
Experience setting and tracking KPIs for social media campaigns, and reporting on performance to drive continuous improvement.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and remote teams.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experienced with social media analytics, translating social data and insights into actionable strategies that inform business goals.
Solid knowledge of social media tooling.
