Social Media Specialist
Location: Warszawa

We are looking for an experienced and result driven Social Media Specialist to support our Digital Marketing team in Warsaw, Poland, who will be responsible for coordinating, localizing, implementing and controlling the execution of Social Media strategy along with the SoMe Community Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Social Media Community Manager to develop the social media strategy; planning, execution refinement and analysis, by leveraging consumer and commercial insights
  • Work alongside with Retail and Digital Marketing Teams to implement the global and regional, tactical influencer marketing strategy to ensure growth of ECCO brand awareness and amplification of key communications
  • Design social media content and optimizing it based on our target audience’s behaviors and company’s guidelines
  • Continuously monitor and understand business performance KPIs, share and growth trends, key initiatives performance, competitive activity and return on marketing investment
  • Prepare recommendations for new some activations and influencer marketing campaigns based on analysis of internal & external data
  • Work closely with stakeholders and international teams to drive projects, create consumer and business learnings, share best practices
  • Plan, activate and optimize promotional campaigns to boost sales and engage customers on Facebook and Instagram
  • Optimization and analysis of consumer behavior and adjusting advertising campaigns accordingly, presentation of results and conclusions
  • Coordination of social media marketing initiatives at store level, follow up on related activities and report results to Social Media Community Manager
  • Co-supervising the implementation of budgets and goals and setting schedules
  • Be responsible for reviewing content assets and identify improvements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant fields
  • 2 years of experience in Social media communication and community management
  • At least 1 year of experience with Facebook Ads
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
  • Ability to organize and structure concrete and abstract ideas in verbal and written communication for a broad audience base from digitally savvy to non-digital business partners
  • Familiarity with Google Drive, Microsoft Suite, web design and HTML5
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of English is a must (at least equivalent of B2)
